A tour
I apologize for the delay in blog postings- we do not yet have internet at the boat, and rarely leave her these days! I will admit posts will continue to be intermittent, but we will do our best to keep you up to date on the Halcyon Happenings.
In the meantime, here is a tour of our home. First, in boat-language// then in normal-people-language.
The Salon// The living room/dining room:
The galley// The kitchen:
The aft cabin// The master bedroom:
The heater// The heater:
The head// The bathroom/shower:
The nav station// The desk (where John sits most of the time):
Behind him, you can see the companionway// the stairs:
The sea berth// Chaco's spot:
We also have another berth//bedroom in the bow//front of the boat but it was (and still is...) piled high with a bunch of junk//junk that we haven't sorted through yet. I mention this last bit mainly because we have a place for all of you fine people to sleep when you come visit, so please do!
